What the App does

The Janky Wood Database is a reference database for wood species including hardness ratings, grain characteristics, and working properties. It is intended for woodworkers, hobbyists, and designers.

Data disclaimer

Wood species data is compiled from publicly available reference sources and is provided for general reference only. Properties can vary significantly based on growing conditions, drying method, and grade. Always verify properties for your specific application before use.

Permitted use

• Use for woodworking reference, education, or design
• Do not misrepresent the App or its data as your own product
• Do not attempt to scrape or bulk-export the species database for commercial redistribution

Intellectual property

The Janky Wood Database design, interface, and curation are the property of VARØ Industries. Underlying wood property data is compiled from public domain sources.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is." VARØ Industries makes no guarantees about completeness or accuracy of species data.

Limitation of liability

VARØ Industries is not liable for any harm arising from woodworking decisions made using this App. The App is free; our total liability is $0.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
